Support for the work behind the technology

A cloud project is more than transferring data. Accounts, permissions, business applications, internet connectivity and user habits all affect whether the new setup works. We start with the workflow you want to improve and the dependencies that need to come with it.

What we help with

Discovery and readiness

Identify the source systems, important data, application requirements and the business reason for making a change.

Identity and access planning

Map users, ownership and permissions so the move does not leave staff without the access they need.

Migration and cutover planning

Define the sequence, communication, validation steps and rollback considerations for the agreed project.

Ongoing cloud administration

Clarify who manages accounts, configuration, support requests and recovery arrangements after the move.

How the work comes together

  1. Understand the destination

Compare the requirements with the proposed platform and check licensing, compatibility and connectivity dependencies.

  2. Prepare and test

Choose an appropriate pilot, confirm access and review the plan for data protection and business disruption.

  3. Move and validate

Check the agreed data and workflows, communicate the handover and document remaining actions.

What you should leave with

A completed migration should include verification from the business side: users can sign in, find their information and carry out the agreed tasks. Costs, downtime windows and service responsibilities need to be discussed for the actual environment; moving to the cloud does not automatically solve every support problem.

Questions worth asking

Should everything move to the cloud?

That depends on the applications, data, connectivity, costs and business requirements. Keeping some systems where they are can be appropriate.

Will there be downtime?

Some projects require a cutover window or a period of restricted access. We identify those needs during planning rather than promising that every migration is disruption-free.

Can you help with an older server?

Yes, an older server can be a starting point for a modernization review. The next step is to identify its roles and application dependencies before selecting a migration path.
